They contacted JDR Consulting with deep concerns about their BJ Murray system. It had been showing signs of aging and slow production which had created untimely pockets of down time. Their BJ Murray system supported 200 plus users and left no means for growth; its infrastructure was failing to keep up with current technology. To increase the usability of their chart of accounts, JDR Consulting performed a thorough Business Process Review of the company’s operational work flow. In the stated timeline, JDR Consulting successfully implemented Voyager 6.0 with a special emphasize on residential and affordable Yardi modules. Following the implementation process, JDR Consulting provided several hands-on training sessions for the end-users of the upgraded Yardi system. JDR Consulting continues to furnish Phipps Houses Services with vital information at their user group workshops. The application scope of Jakobson Property was to increase efficiency of their residential module in Yardi.
